PRIVATE YOGA
Traditionally yoga was taught by one teacher to one student. If you would like to experience yoga 121 or as a small group with friends or family, I offer bespoke sessions either online or in person from my studio in Lymington, Hampshire. Tailored to your individual needs, these are a beautiful opportunity to fully connect with your body and mind.

Yoga has been the catalyst to my own pathway of self discovery and self acceptance. I share the life changing practices and teachings of yoga both in person and online. I offer mixed ability group classes and bespoke 121 sessions.
